It's actually kind of impressive that the user profile has managed to persist through all of the site upgrades between now and then, including moving away from gawker owned accounts.

Yeah, I've got to say that while the UI of the major Gawker sites is pretty much in the toilet, the under-the-hood parts seem pretty robust.

I've been getting that a lot lately and replies to my comment, even back to 2009. It's funny that a couple of times I've replied to them and added a LOL and that the post is 3 years old. I've never gotten a reply to my reply.
